Mango Coconut Overnight Oats
Inspired by my love for mango sticky rice, Mango Coconut Overnight Oats is the perfect quick breakfast for hot days.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ tbsp sweetener of your choice
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
To top
- mango
- toasted desiccated coconut
Instructions
- In a jar, combine all the ingredients together. Let sit in fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- When ready to serve, top with fresh mango and toasted desiccated coconut.
Notes
Keep the Mango Coconut Overnight Oats in a clean air-tight jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
