Mango Coconut Overnight Oats

Inspired by my love for mango sticky rice, Mango Coconut Overnight Oats is the perfect quick breakfast for hot days.

Ingredients
  

  • cup rolled oats
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ tbsp sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

To top

  • mango
  • toasted desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

  • In a jar, combine all the ingredients together. Let sit in fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, top with fresh mango and toasted desiccated coconut.

Notes

Keep the Mango Coconut Overnight Oats in a clean air-tight jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
