Ingredients

organic soft/silken tofu
½
tbsp
vegetarian oyster sauce
1
tbsp
soy sauce
½
tbsp
sesame oil
½
tsp
sugar
scallions
to top
fried shallots
to top
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the sauces and sugar.
Place the soft tofu face down on your serving plate. I like to squish it gently to remove it from the packaging.
Pour the sauce over the tofu, and top with scallions and fried shallots. Serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste, and swap/include other ingredients like shallot oil or chili oil.
