Easy 3 Ingredient Vegan Date Caramel

This vegan date caramel is easy to make, with only 3 ingredients. A much healthier, but still delicious alternative to traditional caramel.

unsweetened plant milk
more to thin

salt
Instructions
Soak whole dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften. Discard the water and remove the pits.
Blend together with plant milk and salt until thick and creamy. For a pourable consistency, add more plant milk.
Serve as a spread on pancakes, or a topping on desserts.
Notes
Store Vegan Date Caramel in an air-tight container/jar in the fridge for 5 days.
