Coconut Lemon Sauce (Vegan + Oil-Free)

This vegan and oil-free yogurt-like spread only requires 5 minutes and 2 ingredients ! Tangy, thick and creamy - use it in dips, as a topping on cakes and as an ingredient in your bakes.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g coconut cream frozen
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Blend frozen coconut cream and lemon juice in a food processor until well combined.
  • Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before using, or serve straightaway !

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze to keep longer.
